The most frequent questions about pricing
Subscription plans start at €99/month (Light, up to 2,500 accesses/year) up to €699/month (Premium, 25,000 accesses/year). A pay-per-use option is also available from €1/use, or prepaid credit packages from €1,000, valid 24 months. Setup, content creation and amuseagent are always included.
No. Visitors use their own smartphone (QR code, app or web app): zero hardware to buy, sanitize or recharge. Only indoor beacon navigation (Premium plan) requires dedicated hardware, not included in the subscription.
Annual billing gets you the best rate on every plan; you can also pay month-to-month at a slightly higher rate, shown for each plan. For maximum flexibility there is also pay-per-use and prepaid credits.
